I characterize my past life readings as past life counseling. That is because I work with clients to relate the themes of the past life material to present life circumstances. I usually bring in the symbolism of the personal horoscope as well.
Sometimes I hear this question, "Why should I have a past life reading? I am having enough trouble with THIS life!" I have been doing the past life work for over twenty years now. These consultations are very helpful as confirmed by my clients. We look at the past life relationships with significant people in this life. What an eye-opener that is! I examine past influences on specific issues in this life such as career problems, infertility, phobias and any number of other concerns.
Each consultation is unique to each client. Sometimes there is a lot of material about the soul and karmic patterns. Many clients are interested in what the main purposes of this life are. I would have to say that in answer to the question, "Why should I do this?" that it really does provide expanded awareness about the current life experience.
Psychic past life consultations range from 60-90 minutes. This is not a regression. Diana retrieves the past life material that most pertains to the present life experience. Clients are normally interested in their most significant lives to this one, any past life experiences contributing to present difficulties and past life relationships to significant people presently in their lives. Some clients suffering a chronic or serious illness ask for the past life influences and request that Diana do a shamanic clearing at the cellular level of the patterns.
Therapists and other astrologers refer their clients for Diana's insightful
handling of past life material. She often combines it with a look at your
horoscope to identify the patterns that reflect past life information into
this life.

Past Life Influences on Marriage
I recently talked with a client in another state. (I do telephone readings as well as in-person
consultations.) She asked about the relationship with her husband. What was happening there appeared
to be several lifetimes where she lost her husband and was left to raise the children under difficult
circumstances. Some of these were war times where the men were killed and the women had to band
together to keep the family together. This set up a karmic pattern where the man was just there to father children and then relegated to a very peripheral role. This was a pattern based on the fear that the father would be killed and once again she would be left alone to cope. Therefore it was too dangerous to get too dependent or too close.
The way this was playing out in this life was very interesting.
She is the mother of little triplet girls. Psychically, I saw that there
was a strong female bonding between them. My client then complained that
there was not a very close romantic or emotional relationship with the husband, even though
he was a good husband and father and they worked well together. I pointed out that this is
actually HER pattern carried over from past lives. She tells herself, in effect, "Don't get too
close or too dependent because you may be left alone to raise the children." Such a powerful
subconscious message is surely being communicated to the husband. She is the one who has the intimacy problem.
She confirmed this by telling me that she goes to great lengths to make sure that they
have medical insurance, life insurance, wills, trusts, and the like. She gathers all
the information and takes care of all of these things. She said it is almost like
she is preparing just in case something happens to her husband. We covered a lot
of other things in the hour and a half consultation, but just this one awareness can
not only make a big difference in her marriage but can also begin to wipe out the karmic pattern of fear.
